Active Life is more than just a gym. Our 14 meter swimming pool is the perfect place to cool down after a long gym session, or indulge in a leisurely morning swim.
Our pool caters for all, with various classes available throughout the day, from acqua aerobics to classes for young children and infants.

At Active Life we believe in promoting a healthy lifestyle and that doesn't stop with fitness and exercise.
We have created a social space, Coffee Corner, for members to meet with each other after their classes.

SPA corner
My Spa Corner Signature Ritual combines over 20 years of combined experience in some of the most amazing treatments we have to offer.
Starting the ritual in our relaxing treatment room, you will be invited to close your eyes and listen to a bespoke Reiki meditation. Once deeply relaxed your whole body will be treated to an amazing spa treatment, using beautiful aromatherapy oils chosen by your therapist specifically for you.
The treatment itself is influenced by Gua Sha, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Lomi Lomi massage, ensuring you are relaxed, renewed and revitalised mind, body and spirit.
This beautiful treatment is great on its own or Shared with a friend and is a wonderful way to round off a dip in the pool
